Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

This appetizer is a crowd-pleaser. The combination of pickled peppers, bacon, and shrimp is a classic flavor pairing. 


  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced 
  • 6 slices bacon, cut in half 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. 
  2. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. 
  3. Wrap each shrimp with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. 
  4. Place the bacon-wrapped shrimp on a baking sheet. 
  5. Brush bacon covered shrimp with Mama Lil's pepper oil
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp is cooked through. 
  7. Sprinkle the diced pickled peppers over the top of the bacon-wrapped shrimp.
