Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Chicken Alfredo
This delicious and easy-to-make pasta dish is perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner. The creamy Alfredo sauce is made even more flavorful with the addition of Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers.Â
Ingredients:Â
- 1 lb. linguineÂ
- 2 tbsp. olive oilÂ
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized piecesÂ
- 1/4 cup unsalted butterÂ
- 2 cloves garlic, mincedÂ
- 1 cup heavy creamÂ
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheeseÂ
- 1/4 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, choppedÂ
- Salt and pepper to tasteÂ
Instructions:Â
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions.Â
- While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.Â
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.Â
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.Â
- Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, whisking until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.Â
- Add the chopped Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers to the sauce and stir to combine.Â
- Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.Â
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce.Â
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
