Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Feta Dip

This dip is a flavorful and easy appetizer. The salty feta and tangy pickled peppers are balanced by the sweetness of honey. 


  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Pita bread or crackers, for serving 


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, diced pickled peppers, olive oil, honey, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. 
  2. Mix everything together until well combined. 
  3. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. 
  4. Serve with pita bread or crackers.
