Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Goat Cheese Crostini

These elegant and flavorful crostini are perfect for a cocktail party or a fancy appetizer. The tangy pickled peppers and creamy goat cheese pair perfectly on top of the crispy bread. 


  • 1 French baguette, sliced 
  • 4 ounces goat cheese 
  • 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 
  2. Brush the sliced baguette with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. 
  3. Bake the baguette slices for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. 
  4. Spread a thin layer of goat cheese on each crostini. 
  5. Top each crostini with sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers and chopped fresh parsley. 
  6. Serve the crostini at room temperature.
