Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Goat Cheese Stuffed Button Mushrooms

These stuffed mushrooms are a flavorful and elegant appetizer. The combination of pickled peppers and creamy goat cheese is sure to impress your guests. 


  • 12 large button mushrooms 
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set them aside. 
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese, diced pickled peppers, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the goat cheese mixture. 
  5. Chop the mushroom stems and mix them into the remaining goat cheese mixture. 
  6. Place the stuffed mushroom caps on a baking sheet and spoon the remaining goat cheese mixture on top. 
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the goat cheese is golden brown.
