Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Goat Cheese Tart

This savory tart is filled with tangy goat cheese and Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, making for a delicious and elegant dinner. 


  • 1 refrigerated pie crust 
  • 8 oz. goat cheese 
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream 
  • 3 eggs 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, chopped 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 
  2. Unroll the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch tart pan, trimming off any excess dough. 
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the goat cheese, heavy cream, eggs, Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, salt, and pepper. 
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared tart crust. 
  5. Bake the tart for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown. 
  6. Let the tart cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
