Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Grilled Shrimp Skewers

These flavorful and easy-to-make skewers are perfect for a summer barbecue or a dinner party. The tangy pickled peppers add a delicious twist to the juicy grilled shrimp. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined 
  • 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced 
  • 1/4 cup olive oil 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 
  2. Thread the shrimp and sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers onto the wooden skewers. 
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chopped fresh parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. 
  4. Brush the olive oil mixture over the shrimp and peppers. 
  5. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. 
  6. Serve the skewers hot with a side salad or grilled vegetables.
