Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Grilled Shrimp Skewers
These flavorful and easy-to-make skewers are perfect for a summer barbecue or a dinner party. The tangy pickled peppers add a delicious twist to the juicy grilled shrimp.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the shrimp and sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers onto the wooden skewers.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chopped fresh parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
