Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Ham Panini

This satisfying panini features savory ham, tangy Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, and melty Swiss cheese, all grilled to perfection. 


  • 4 slices sourdough bread 
  • 4 slices ham 
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese 
  • 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced 
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • 2 tablespoons butter 


  1. Heat a panini press or large skillet over medium heat. 
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise. 
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread. 
  4. On the other side of each slice of bread, spread a thin layer of the Dijon-mayo mixture. 
  5. Place  slices of ham, a slice of Swiss cheese, and a layer of Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers on two slices of bread. 
  6. Top each sandwich with another slice of bread, butter side up. 
  7. Grill the sandwiches in the panini press or skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. 
  8. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve hot.
