Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Ham Panini
This satisfying panini features savory ham, tangy Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, and melty Swiss cheese, all grilled to perfection.
Ingredients:
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
- Heat a panini press or large skillet over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the other side of each slice of bread, spread a thin layer of the Dijon-mayo mixture.
- Place slices of ham, a slice of Swiss cheese, and a layer of Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers on two slices of bread.
- Top each sandwich with another slice of bread, butter side up.
- Grill the sandwiches in the panini press or skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve hot.
