Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Hummus Wraps

These wraps are a healthy and flavorful appetizer that's perfect for any occasion. 


  • 4 whole wheat wraps 
  • 1/2 cup hummus 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced 
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber 
  • 1/4 cup sliced tomato 
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus onto each wrap. 
  2. Top each wrap with diced pickled peppers, sliced cucumber, sliced tomato, and sliced red onion. 
  3. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste. 
  4. Roll up each wrap and slice into 1-inch pieces. 
  5. Serve immediately.
