Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Hummus Wraps
These wraps are a healthy and flavorful appetizer that's perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup sliced tomato
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus onto each wrap.
- Top each wrap with diced pickled peppers, sliced cucumber, sliced tomato, and sliced red onion.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll up each wrap and slice into 1-inch pieces.
