Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Pesto Chicken

This flavorful chicken dish is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner. The pickled peppers add a tangy flavor that pairs perfectly with the herbaceous pesto sauce. 


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced 
  • 1/4 cup pesto sauce 
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
  • Salt and black pepper to taste 


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. 
  3. Top the chicken with the sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, pesto sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. 4. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. 
  4. Serve the chicken hot with your choice of side dishes.
