Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Pesto Pasta
This simple and delicious pasta dish is perfect for a quick and easy dinner. The tangy pickled peppers add a flavorful twist to the classic pesto sauce.
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces pasta
- 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup prepared pesto sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
- Drain the cooked pasta and set it aside. 3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until softened.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the pickled peppers.
- Stir in the prepared pesto sauce and grated Parmesan cheese, and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce is heated through.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve the pasta hot with additional grated Parmesan cheese on top.
