Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Shrimp Scampi

This easy and flavorful shrimp scampi is packed with tangy Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, garlic, lemon, and butter, making for a delicious and comforting dinner. 


  • 1 lb. spaghetti 
  • 4 tbsp. butter 
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced 
  • 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined 
  • 1/4 cup white wine 
  • Juice of 1 lemon 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Chopped fresh parsley 


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package directions until al dente. Drain the spaghetti and set aside. 
  2. While the spaghetti cooks, heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. 
  3. Add the garlic and Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant and the peppers are softened. 
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. 
  5. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly. 
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat it in the sauce. 
  7. Divide the spaghetti and shrimp among 4 plates, and garnish with chopped parsley.
