Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Shrimp Skewers

These skewers are a refreshing and flavorful appetizer that's perfect for any occasion. 


  • 12 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. 
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pickled peppers, olive oil, chopped parsley, chopped basil, salt, and pepper. 
  3. Thread the shrimp onto skewers, alternating with the diced pickled peppers. 
  4. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp are cooked through and lightly charred. 
  5. Serve immediately.
