Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Smoked Salmon Toast

This delicious and healthy toast is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light lunch. The tangy pickled peppers and smoky salmon pair perfectly on top of the crispy bread. 


  • 2 slices whole-grain bread 
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced 
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber 
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill 


  1. Toast the slices of whole-grain bread. 
  2. Spread a thin layer of plain Greek yogurt on each slice of toast. 
  3. Top each slice of toast with smoked salmon, sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, and sliced cucumber. 
  4. Sprinkle chopped fresh dill over the top of each toast. 
  5. Serve the toast immediately.
