Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Sun-Dried Tomato Crostini

These crostini are a great appetizer for any occasion. The combination of pickled peppers and sun-dried tomatoes is a flavor explosion. 


  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds 
  • 1/4 cup olive oil 
  • 4-6 ounces goat cheese 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced 
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil 
  • Salt and pepper 


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. 
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet. 
  3. Brush each slice with olive oil. 
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the bread is lightly toasted. 
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese, diced pickled peppers, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chopped basil, salt, and pepper. 
  6. Spread the goat cheese mixture onto each baguette slice. 
  7. Place the crostini on a serving platter and serve.
