Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Tuna Salad Bites

These tuna salad bites are a protein-packed and flavorful appetizer that's perfect for any occasion. 


  • 1 can (5 ounces) chunk light tuna, drained 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced 
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • 16 endive leaves 


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, diced pickled peppers, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. 
  2. Spoon a small amount of the tuna salad onto each endive leaf. 
  3. Serve immediately.
