Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper Bruschetta

This classic Italian appetizer gets a spicy twist with the addition of Mama Lil's pickled peppers. Served on top of toasted bread with a drizzle of balsamic glaze, this appetizer is sure to impress. 


  • 1 French baguette, sliced 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 cup cherry or seasonal tomatoes, diced 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. 
  2. Brush the sliced baguette with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. 
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until toasted. 
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the diced tomatoes, pickled peppers, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 
  5. Spoon the tomato mixture onto each slice of bread and drizzle with balsamic glaze. 
  6. Top with parmesan (optional)
