Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper, Sundried Tomato and Feta Bruschetta

This bruschetta is a fresh and flavorful appetizer that's perfect for any occasion. 


  • 1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds 
  • 1/4 cup olive oil 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced 
  • 1/4 cup diced sundried tomatoes (fresh tomato optional)
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. 
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the bread is lightly golden and toasted. 
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pickled peppers, sundried tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. 
  5. Spoon a small amount of the filling onto each baguette slice. 
  6. Serve immediately.
