Mama Lil's Creamy Vegan Pickled Pepper Pasta

A deliciously rich and tangy vegan pasta dish that's perfect for a cozy dinner. 


  • 8 oz pasta 
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews 
  • 1/2 cup water 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, drained 
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil 
  • Salt and pepper, to taste 


  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. 
  2. In a blender, combine the cashews, water, pickled peppers, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy. 
  3. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Pour the sauce over the pasta and stir to combine. 
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
