Refunds/Replacements

If your shipment arrives damaged please take a picture and email us at orders@mamalils.com.  We will verify delivery status with the shipper and file a claim if the product was damaged in shipping.  We will replace shipping damaged product.

If you have a question about your product please email us at orders@mamalils.com and include a picture if possible.

Exchanges 

If you ordered the wrong product and want to exchange your order for another product you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us at orders@mamalils.com to review your order.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping

All orders are shipped out FedEx ground unless expedited delivery is selected. Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days of your order, but both shipping and handling may be delayed due to unprecedented increases in internet shopping.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for product to reach you, may vary.
