Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Bacon Quiche

This savory and satisfying quiche is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner. The tangy pickled peppers and crispy bacon add a delicious twist to the classic quiche. 


  • 1 pre-made pie crust 
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped 
  • 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced 
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese 
  • 4 eggs 
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • Salt and black pepper to taste 


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. 
  3. Layer the chopped bacon, sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, and shredded Swiss cheese in the pre-made pie crust. 
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon, peppers, and cheese. 
  5. Bake the quiche for 35-40 minutes, or until the egg mixture is set and the crust is golden brown. 
  6. Let the quiche cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
