Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Black Bean Tacos

These easy-to-make tacos feature a flavorful combination of spicy Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers and protein-packed black beans. 


  1. 8 corn tortillas 
  2. 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 
  3. 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced 
  4. 1 avocado, diced 
  5. 1/2 red onion, sliced 
  6. 1 lime, juiced 
  7. Salt and pepper to taste 
  8. Fresh cilantro leaves (for garnish) 


  1. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30-60 seconds on each side. 
  2. In a separate skillet, heat the black beans over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until warmed through. 
  3. Add the sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers to the skillet with the black beans, and stir to combine. 
  4. In a small bowl, toss the diced avocado and sliced red onion with the lime juice, salt, and pepper. 
  5. Assemble the tacos by spooning the black bean and pepper mixture onto each tortilla. 
  6. Top each taco with the avocado and onion mixture. 
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves before serving.
