Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Black Bean Tacos
These easy-to-make tacos feature a flavorful combination of spicy Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers and protein-packed black beans.
Ingredients:
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30-60 seconds on each side.
- In a separate skillet, heat the black beans over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until warmed through.
- Add the sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers to the skillet with the black beans, and stir to combine.
- In a small bowl, toss the diced avocado and sliced red onion with the lime juice, salt, and pepper.
