Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Feta Cheese Dip II
This dip is creamy, tangy, and full of flavor. The pickled peppers give it a nice zing.
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pita chips, for serving
Instructions:
- In a food processor, blend the feta cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the diced pickled peppers, minced garlic, and lemon juice to the food processor and blend until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with pita chips.
