Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Feta Cheese Dip II

This dip is creamy, tangy, and full of flavor. The pickled peppers give it a nice zing. 


  • 8 ounces feta cheese 
  • 1/2 cup sour cream 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced 
  • 1 clove garlic, minced 
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Pita chips, for serving 


  1. In a food processor, blend the feta cheese and sour cream until smooth. 
  2. Add the diced pickled peppers, minced garlic, and lemon juice to the food processor and blend until combined. 
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. 
  5. Serve with pita chips.
