Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Feta Dip
This dip is a flavorful and easy appetizer. The salty feta and tangy pickled peppers are balanced by the sweetness of honey.
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pita bread or crackers, for serving
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, diced pickled peppers, olive oil, honey, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
