Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Goat Cheese Crostini

These elegant and easy appetizers are perfect for a party or a sophisticated snack. The tangy goat cheese and pickled peppers pair perfectly with the crunchy crostini. 


  • 1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds 
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, softened 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 
  • Salt and black pepper to taste 


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly golden. 
  3. In a small bowl, combine the softened goat cheese, sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper. 
  4. Spread the goat cheese mixture on top of each crostini. 
  5. Serve the crostini warm or at room temperature as an appetizer or snack.
