Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Goat Cheese Stuffed Cremini Mushrooms

These stuffed mushrooms are a flavorful and easy appetizer. The tangy pickled peppers and creamy goat cheese are a perfect match. 


  • 12 cremini mushrooms, stems removed 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced 
  • 4 ounces goat cheese 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Mama Lil's pepper oil (or olive oil) for drizzling 


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 
  2. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet. 
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pickled peppers, goat cheese, chopped chives, salt, and pepper. 
  4. Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap, filling it to the top. 
  5. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over each stuffed mushroom. 
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown. 
  7. Serve immediately.
