Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

These stuffed mushrooms are filled with a creamy mixture of tangy goat cheese and spicy Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, and baked to perfection. 


  • 16 large mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed 
  • 4 ounces goat cheese 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, chopped 
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the goat cheese, Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. 
  3. Spoon the goat cheese mixture into the mushroom caps, filling them completely. 
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
  5. Drizzle the mushrooms with olive oil. 
  6. Bake the mushrooms for 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is golden brown and the mushrooms are cooked through. 
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
