Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Gouda Grilled Cheese
This gourmet grilled cheese features tangy Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers and creamy Gouda cheese, all sandwiched between slices of crusty bread.
Ingredients:
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 4 ounces Gouda cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Top each slice of bread with a layer of Gouda cheese, followed by a layer of Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers.
- Top each sandwich with another slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook the sandwiches for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve hot.
