Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Grilled Chicken Salad

This fresh and flavorful salad is perfect for a light lunch or dinner. The tangy pickled peppers and grilled chicken add a delicious twist to the classic salad. 


  • 4 cups mixed greens 
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced 
  • 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced 
  • 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes 
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion 
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese 
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette 


  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced grilled chicken, sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese. 
  2. Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss to combine. 
  3. Serve the salad cold or at room temperature.
