Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Pesto Pasta

This simple and delicious pasta dish is perfect for a quick and easy dinner. The tangy pickled peppers add a flavorful twist to the classic pesto sauce. 


  • 8 ounces pasta 
  • 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced 
  • 1/4 cup prepared pesto sauce 
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • Salt and black pepper to taste 


  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. 
  2. Drain the cooked pasta and set it aside. 3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. 
  3. Add the sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until softened. 
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the pickled peppers. 
  5. Stir in the prepared pesto sauce and grated Parmesan cheese, and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce is heated through. 
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. 
  7. Serve the pasta hot with additional grated Parmesan cheese on top.
