Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Prosciutto Flatbread

This delicious flatbread features a combination of tangy Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers and salty prosciutto, all topped off with a sprinkle of fresh arugula. 


  • 1 pre-made flatbread crust 
  • 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced 
  • 4 ounces prosciutto, sliced 
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese 
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 1 cup arugula


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. 
  2. Place the pre-made flatbread crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
  3. Brush the flatbread with olive oil. 
  4. Top the flatbread with the sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers and sliced prosciutto. 
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the flatbread. 
  6. Bake the flatbread for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown. 
  7. Top the flatbread with a handful of fresh arugula before serving.
