Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Prosciutto Flatbread
This delicious flatbread features a combination of tangy Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers and salty prosciutto, all topped off with a sprinkle of fresh arugula.
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made flatbread crust
- 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced
- 4 ounces prosciutto, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup arugula
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place the pre-made flatbread crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil.
- Top the flatbread with the sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers and sliced prosciutto.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the flatbread.
- Bake the flatbread for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Top the flatbread with a handful of fresh arugula before serving.
