Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Shrimp Linguine

This tasty linguine dish features succulent shrimp, spicy Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, and fresh herbs, all tossed together in a garlicky butter sauce. 


  • 8 ounces linguine pasta 
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined 
  • 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, chopped  
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1/4 cup butter 
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Lemon wedges (for serving) 


  1. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions, until al dente. 
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. 
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and cooked through. 
  4. Add the sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers and minced garlic to the skillet with the shrimp, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. 
  5. Add the butter to the skillet, and stir until melted and combined. 
  6. Toss the linguine with the shrimp and pepper mixture, and top with fresh parsley. 
  7. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
