Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Shrimp Linguine
This tasty linguine dish features succulent shrimp, spicy Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, and fresh herbs, all tossed together in a garlicky butter sauce.
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces linguine pasta
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
- Cook the linguine according to the package instructions, until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and cooked through.
- Add the sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers and minced garlic to the skillet with the shrimp, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Add the butter to the skillet, and stir until melted and combined.
- Toss the linguine with the shrimp and pepper mixture, and top with fresh parsley.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
