Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Shrimp Skewers
These skewers are a refreshing and flavorful appetizer that's perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 12 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pickled peppers, olive oil, chopped parsley, chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
