Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Smoked Salmon Crostini

These elegant and flavorful crostini are perfect for a party or a special occasion. The tangy pickled peppers pair perfectly with the salty and smoky flavor of the smoked salmon. 


  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds 
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, diced 
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill 
  • Salt and black pepper to taste 


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden. 
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, diced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, chopped fresh dill, salt, and black pepper. 
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of each toasted baguette slice. 
  5. Top each crostini with a few slices of smoked salmon. 
  6. Garnish the crostini with additional diced pickled peppers and chopped fresh dill. 
  7. Serve the crostini at room temperature with a glass of chilled white wine.
