Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Smoked Salmon Crostini
These elegant and flavorful crostini are perfect for a party or a special occasion. The tangy pickled peppers pair perfectly with the salty and smoky flavor of the smoked salmon.
Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, diced
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, diced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, chopped fresh dill, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of each toasted baguette slice.
- Top each crostini with a few slices of smoked salmon.
