Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Tuna Salad

This tangy and protein-packed salad is perfect for a light lunch or a quick and easy dinner. The pickled peppers add a tangy kick to the tuna and vegetables. 


  • 2 cans tuna, drained 
  • 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced 
  • 1/2 red onion, diced 
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • Salt and black pepper to taste 


  1. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, diced red onion, and diced red bell pepper. 
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper. 
  3. Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and stir to combine. 
  4. Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving. 
  5. Serve the tuna salad cold as a light lunch or a quick and easy dinner.
