Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Veggie Pizza
Pizza night just got a whole lot spicier with this delicious Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Veggie Pizza!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
- Add the sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, red and yellow bell peppers, and red onion to the pizza.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic over the veggies.
- Season the pizza with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish the pizza with chopped basil before serving.
