Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Veggie Pizza

Pizza night just got a whole lot spicier with this delicious Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Veggie Pizza! 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 pound pizza dough 
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce 
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 
  • 1/2 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced 
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced 
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced 
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. 
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. 
  3. Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges. 
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce. 
  5. Add the sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, red and yellow bell peppers, and red onion to the pizza. 
  6. Sprinkle the minced garlic over the veggies. 
  7. Season the pizza with salt and pepper to taste. 
  8. Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. 
  9. Garnish the pizza with chopped basil before serving.
