Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper Cheese Ball
This cheese ball is perfect for any gathering or party. The spicy kick of Mama Lil's pickled peppers adds a unique flavor to this classic appetizer.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans for coating
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickled peppers, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Mix together until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and coat with chopped pecans.
- Chill the cheese ball in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving
- Serve with crackers.
