Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper Cream Cheese Tortilla Pinwheels

These pinwheels are a great make-ahead appetizer that can be served at room temperature. The combination of pickled peppers and cream cheese is always a crowd-pleaser. 


  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced 
  • 2 green onions, chopped 
  • 4 large flour tortillas 


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, diced pickled peppers, and chopped green onions. 
  2. Mix everything together until well combined. 
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto each flour tortilla. 
  4. Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap. 
  5. Chill the wrapped tortillas in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. 
  6. When ready to serve, unwrap the tortillas and slice them into 1/2-inch pinwheels. 
  7. Serve on a platter with toothpicks.
