Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper Cream Cheese Tortilla Pinwheels
These pinwheels are a great make-ahead appetizer that can be served at room temperature. The combination of pickled peppers and cream cheese is always a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients:
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, diced pickled peppers, and chopped green onions.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture onto each flour tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
- Chill the wrapped tortillas in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, unwrap the tortillas and slice them into 1/2-inch pinwheels.
- Serve on a platter with toothpicks.
