Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper Stuffed Mushrooms

These stuffed mushrooms are a crowd-pleaser. The pickled peppers give them a unique flavor that will have your guests asking for the recipe. 


  • 16 large mushrooms 
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced 
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set them aside. 
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, diced pickled peppers, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and olive oil. 
  4. Stuff the mushroom caps with the breadcrumb mixture. 
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes
