Mama Lil's Fig & Pepper Cheese Dip

Ingredients: 

  • 1 large goat cheese log
  • 1 brick of cream cheese
  • Jar of Fig Spread
  • 1/2 jar of Chopped Mama Lil's peppers in oil
  • Candied cashews for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Mix goat cheese log and  brick of cream cheese
  3. Top with layer of Fig Spread and chopped Mama Lil's peppers in oil
  4. Sprinkle with candied cashews (optional)
  5. Bake at 400° for 15 min
  6. Serve with sliced baguette, crostini or crackers. 

 

Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Olive Tapenade 

 

This tapenade is a delicious appetizer that's perfect for entertaining. The combination of pickled peppers and olives is a flavor explosion. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced 
  • 2 tablespoons capers 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 garlic clove, minced 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Instructions: 

  1. In a food processor, pulse the Kalamata olives, diced pickled peppers, capers, chopped parsley, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until finely chopped but still chunky. 
  2. Spoon the tapenade into a serving dish. 
  3. Serve with toasted baguette slices, crostini or crackers.

      Ingredients: 

      • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved 
      • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

      • Salt and pepper to taste 
      • Paprika for garnish 

      Instructions: 

      1. Remove the yolks from the egg halves and place in a small bowl. 
      2. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, diced pickled peppers, salt, and pepper to the bowl. 
      3. Mix together until well combined. 
      4. Spoon the mixture into the egg halves.

                  Instructions: 

                  1. Remove the yolks from the halved eggs and place them in a mixing bowl.
