Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
This appetizer is a crowd-pleaser. The combination of pickled peppers, bacon, and shrimp is a classic flavor pairing.
Ingredients:
- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup Mama Lil's pickled peppers, diced
- 6 slices bacon, cut in half
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each shrimp with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the bacon-wrapped shrimp on a baking sheet.
- Brush bacon covered shrimp with Mama Lil's pepper oil
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp is cooked through.
- Sprinkle the diced pickled peppers over the top of the bacon-wrapped shrimp.
