Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Smoked Salmon Toast
This delicious and healthy toast is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light lunch. The tangy pickled peppers and smoky salmon pair perfectly on top of the crispy bread.
Ingredients:
- 2 slices whole-grain bread
- 2 ounces smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Instructions:
- Toast the slices of whole-grain bread.
- Spread a thin layer of plain Greek yogurt on each slice of toast.
- Top each slice of toast with smoked salmon, sliced Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, and sliced cucumber.
- Sprinkle chopped fresh dill over the top of each toast.
- Serve the toast immediately.
