Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Tuna Salad II

This tangy and flavorful tuna salad is perfect for a quick and easy lunch. The pickled peppers add a spicy kick to the classic tuna and mayo mixture. 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cans tuna, drained 
  • 1/4 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, finely chopped 
  • 1/4 cup 
  • 1 tablespoon Mama Lil's Peppalilli Mustard or mustard of choice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika 
  • Salt and black pepper to taste 
  • Bread, lettuce, and tomato (for serving) 

Instructions: 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine. 
  2. Serve the tuna salad on bread with lettuce and tomato, or over a bed of lettuce as a salad.
