Mama Lil's Pickled Pepper and Tuna Salad II
This tangy and flavorful tuna salad is perfect for a quick and easy lunch. The pickled peppers add a spicy kick to the classic tuna and mayo mixture.
Ingredients:
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup
- 1 tablespoon Mama Lil's Peppalilli Mustard or mustard of choice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Bread, lettuce, and tomato (for serving)
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Serve the tuna salad on bread with lettuce and tomato, or over a bed of lettuce as a salad.
